  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or round
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 2 cans Franco American spaghetti
  • 1 large, chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped, fresh mushrooms
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Brown ground chuck and drain well.

    Saute onion, pepper and mushrooms.

    Add drained meat and spaghetti.

    Cover and reduce heat.

    Simmer for 10 minutes.
