Fat Burning Cabbage Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 medium carrots, chopped
  • 3 medium onions, chopped
  • 10 stick celery, chopped
  • 2 medium green bellpeppers, chopped
  • 1 large head of cabbage, chopped
  • 2 can diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 quart tomato juice, such as v-8
  • 1 can cut green beans
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Put all ingredients in a large pot.

    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for at least 45 min.

    The longer it simmers, the better the flavor!

    Can keep in the fridge for about 10 days.

    Also, I like to freeze individual portions in freezer bags, so I can just heat it up when I'm ready.
