  • 1/2 to 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • water
  • celery (optional)
