Ingredients
- 8 oz. egg noodles, cooked
- 3 cans tuna (cooked chicken breast may be used)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted as directed
- 16 oz. container sour half and half cream
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1 (6 oz.) container fried onions (Durkee)
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place half of soup in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

2Add cooked noodles. Salt and pepper to taste.

3Add chopped onion and tuna or chicken over noodles.

4Spread on sour half and half cream.

5Pour on remainder of soup.

6Move noodles a bit so soup can pour down.

7Bake at 350°, uncovered, until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

8Turn off oven and add fried onions to top of casserole dish.

9Let brown for about 5 minutes.
