  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
  • dash of salt
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2/3 c. Pet milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Combine sugar, cocoa and salt.

    Add water and milk; bring to boiling point.

    Continue to boil for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Remove from heat.

    Add butter and vanilla; beat with spoon for about 2 minutes.

    Good over hot fudge cake or ice cream. Serve cold or hot.
