- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 lb small red potato, quartered
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 (10 ounce) bottles clam juice
- white wine
- 12-1 lb fish fillet, cut up
- 1 cup shrimp
- 1 (6 ounce) can clams, chopped
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes
- Tabasco sauce
Directions

1*Clam juices can be very salty.

2Be careful if you add salt.

3**Use fresh, frozen or two cans of shrimp.

4Saute onion, celery, garlic and herbs in oil.

5Add potatoes, carrots, clam juice,white wine, bouillon, clams, tomatoes and Tabasco.

6Simmer until potatoes are almost done.

7Add shrimp.

8Add fish just before serving and cook until opaque.
