- 2 cups rice
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 14 cup canola oil
- 3 eggs, whipped
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 12 cup onion, diced
- 1 cup green peas
- 1 cup carrot
- 14 cup oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cooking sherry
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pinch pepper
Directions

1Boil rice in 4 cups water mixed with the hoisin sauce.

2Pour into shallow dish and put in fridge to cool.

3Heat oil in wok.

4Add garlic, ginger, onion, peas and carrots and saute for 1 minute.

5Add the eggs and cook like an omelet.

6Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil and pepper.

7Add rice to wok.

8Pour sauce over rice and mix.

9Serve and enjoy.
