  • 4 lb. chicken, halved or parts
  • 2 c. orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
  • 4 oz. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz. melted margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. cold water
  • orange slices (to garnish)

    Place chicken, skin side down, in a greased baking pan and pour the juice mixture over all. Bake at 425°
