- 5 c. bread flour
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. warm water
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

3With pastry cutter, blend shortening and eggs with flour and salt. Add water mixture to form dough.

4(More flour may be added if needed.) Let rise until doubled in size.

5Shape into loaves or rolls.

6Let rise until doubled in size.

7Bake at 375° until brown.
