- 2 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm milk
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. warm water
- 4 c. flour plus enough to make a soft dough
Directions

1Beat the first 3 ingredients with mixer and let stand 20 minutes.

2Then add remainnig ingredients.

3Beat with mixer. Knead in enough flour to make a soft dough.

4Put in a greased bowl and let rise twice, punching in each time.

5When it has risen the third time, shape into buns and let rise.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

7Makes 2 dozen buns.
