  • 2 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. warm milk
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 4 c. flour plus enough to make a soft dough

Directions

    Beat the first 3 ingredients with mixer and let stand 20 minutes.

    Then add remainnig ingredients.

    Beat with mixer. Knead in enough flour to make a soft dough.

    Put in a greased bowl and let rise twice, punching in each time.

    When it has risen the third time, shape into buns and let rise.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

    Makes 2 dozen buns.
