- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 4 TBSP. soft margarine
- 1 TBSP sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 c. warm milk
- 3-4 c. flour
Directions

1Mix yeast in 1-1/4 c. warm water.

2Mix butter, salt, egg and milk in lrg. bowl and beat until smooth.

3Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

4Punch down again and make into rolls.

5Cover and let rise 30 min.

6Bake at 400° for 15-20 min.
