  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 4 TBSP. soft margarine
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. warm milk
  • 3-4 c. flour

Directions

    Mix yeast in 1-1/4 c. warm water.

    Mix butter, salt, egg and milk in lrg. bowl and beat until smooth.

    Cover and let rise for 1 hour.

    Punch down again and make into rolls.

    Cover and let rise 30 min.
  6. 6
    Bake at 400° for 15-20 min.
