- 1 package cake mix, yellow
- 1 box instant pudding mix vanilla, lemon, or pistachio
- 4 large eggs
- 23 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons orange extract
- 1 1/2 each fruit fermented
- 1 cup nuts chopped
- 1 cup golden raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

2Combine cake and pudding mixes, eggs, oil and orange extract in a large bowl.

3Add fruit, nuts and raisins, and mix throughly.

4Pour into a greased, floured tube pan and bake 1 hour.

5Let cool 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
