- 1 (9-inch) pie shell, partially baked
- 6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, well drained and chopped (or 1 c. fresh shrimp)
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- dash of nutmeg
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Sprinkle Swiss cheese and shrimp over bottom of pastry shell. Beat eggs with cream, chives, salt, dry mustard and nutmeg.

2Pour over cheese and shrimp.

3Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

4Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.

5Let stand 20 minutes before serving. Cut in thick slices.

6May be served warm or chilled.
