  • 12 slices bacon
  • 6 chicken breast halves (with skin and bones)
  • 1 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder

Directions

    Wrap two bacon strips around each chicken breast and place in baking dish. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

    Pour over chicken, coating all of the chicken.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Drain and keep marinade.

    Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes, basting with marinade.
