- 1 pt. heavy cream
- 1 stick soft butter
- 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 large onion, cut in crescent shape
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- black pepper to taste
- 2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- fettucine noodles (fresh is better)
Directions

1Brown bacon, drain and crumble; set aside.

2Saute onion and bell pepper in bacon grease until onion is barely transparent (pepper and onion should remain firm); set aside.

3Cook noodles per instructions; drain noodles.

4Do not rinse.

5Heat large pot until too hot to touch; turn off heat.

6Put butter in pot (get sides of pot coated with butter).

7Pour heavy cream in pot.

8Add noodles, eggs, sour cream, black pepper, Parmesan cheese, bacon, onion and green pepper.

9Work fast after draining noodles; the heat from the noodles cooks the eggs.
