- 1 onion (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. creme fraiche or sour cream
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chili peppers
- chives (for garnish)
Directions

1Rinse chicken; pat dry.
