- 1/4 c. low-sodium tomato juice
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, halved
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- pinch of cayenne pepper
Directions

1Place beans, tomato juice, onion, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper in a food processor or blender and puree.
