  • 2 c. canned red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 c. low-sodium tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Directions

    Place beans, tomato juice, onion, garlic, cumin and cayenne pepper in a food processor or blender and puree.

    Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
