- 16 ounces sour cream
- 16 ounces refried beans
- 4 ounces green chilies (chopped) or 4 ounces jalapenos (chopped)
- 4 ounces ranch dip (fiesta envelope)
- 2 cups Mexican blend cheese, divided and shredded
- olive, sliced
- tomatoes, diced
- green onion, sliced
- lettuce, shredded
- tortilla chips
Directions

1In a shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe dish, combine the sour cream, beans, chilies, and dip mix.

2Stir in 1 cup of cheese.

3Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes and stir.

4Cover and microwave 1 1/2 minutes longer or until heated through.

5Stir until blended.

6Sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with olives, tomatoes, onions, and lettuce if desired.

7Serve with tortilla chips.
