Ingredients: 16 ounces sour cream; 16 ounces refried beans; 4 ounces green chilies (chopped) or 4 ounces jalapenos (chopped); 4 ounces ranch dip (fiesta envelope); 2 cups Mexican blend cheese, divided and shredded; olive, sliced; tomatoes, diced; green onion, sliced; lettuce, shredded; tortilla chips

2 cups Mexican blend cheese, divided and shredded

green onion, sliced
lettuce, shredded

Directions

In a shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe dish, combine the sour cream, beans, chilies, and dip mix.

Stir in 1 cup of cheese.

Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes and stir.

Cover and microwave 1 1/2 minutes longer or until heated through.

Stir until blended.

Sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with olives, tomatoes, onions, and lettuce if desired.

Serve with tortilla chips.
