Ingredients

  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 16 ounces refried beans
  • 4 ounces green chilies (chopped) or 4 ounces jalapenos (chopped)
  • 4 ounces ranch dip (fiesta envelope)
  • 2 cups Mexican blend cheese, divided and shredded
  • olive, sliced
  • tomatoes, diced
  • green onion, sliced
  • lettuce, shredded
  • tortilla chips

Directions

    In a shallow 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe dish, combine the sour cream, beans, chilies, and dip mix.

    Stir in 1 cup of cheese.

    Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes and stir.

    Cover and microwave 1 1/2 minutes longer or until heated through.

    Stir until blended.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and top with olives, tomatoes, onions, and lettuce if desired.

    Serve with tortilla chips.
