  • 6 (6 inch) flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 cup honeydew, cubed
  • 1 large navel orange, peeled, and sectioned
  • 12 cup peach preserves
  • whipped topping (optional)
  • additional strawberry (optional)

Directions

    Place tortillas on ungreased baking sheets, brush with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

    Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges.

    Bakde at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned, cool on wire racks.

    In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, melons, and orange.

    Stir in preserves.

    Using a slotted spoon, spoon into 6 dessert cups.
