Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 bottle (12 oz.) Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • more bread crumbs to taste

Directions

    Slice tenderloin as you would pork tenderloin.

    Wash two or three times.

    Drain real good.

    Take each piece and tenderize each side, then roll both sides in flour.

    Put in oil and fry.

    Sprinkle with salt on each side and sprinkle with paprika.

    Fry on medium heat.
