- 6 well trimmed pork chops
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Grease a 2-quart casserole and arrange chops on the bottom. Mix soup mix, pepper and rice.

2Spread over chops.

3Mix water, catsup and Worcestershire sauce and pour over chops and rice mixture.

4Cover with foil and bake 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours.

5(Add water if needed, while baking.)

6Set oven temperature to 350°.
