Fiesta Pork Chops

  • 6 well trimmed pork chops
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Grease a 2-quart casserole and arrange chops on the bottom. Mix soup mix, pepper and rice.

    Spread over chops.

    Mix water, catsup and Worcestershire sauce and pour over chops and rice mixture.

    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour to 1 1/4 hours.

    (Add water if needed, while baking.)

    Set oven temperature to 350°.
