  • 1 1/2 c. tomato wedges
  • 1/2 c. green pepper strips
  • 1/2 c. pitted ripe olives
  • 2 Tbsp. green onion slices
  • 8 oz. bottle Catalina dressing
  • 2 qt. torn greens
  • 1/2 c. cucumber slices
  • 1/2 c. corn chips

Directions

    Combine tomato, pepper, olives, onions and Catalina dressing. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Drain, reserving marinade.

    Place greens, cucumbers, marinated vegetables and corn chips in salad bowl.

    Toss. Serve with reserved marinade.
