  • 3 fresh eggs
  • 1 c. pumpkin
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • cinnamon
  • sugar

Directions

    Grease a microwavable tube pan and coat with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar; pour in batter.

    Put in microwave oven and cook for 10 minutes on Low power and 5 minutes on High power. Test with broom straw.

    May take longer in ovens less than 600 watts.

    Cool and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
