  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 3/4 c. flour

    Cream oleo and sugar; add eggs and mix well.

    Stir in all dry ingredients.

    Add vanilla, figs and nuts.

    Beat well.

    Pour into greased pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
