  • 2 eggs
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 2 c. plus 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 qt. canned figs

Directions

    Cream eggs, sugar, vanilla and oil.

    Then add dry ingredients, salt, soda and baking powder.

    Stir in figs.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in Bundt pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
