- 2 lb. ripe figs
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 2 medium lemons, cut in small pieces
- sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Wash figs and cut in pieces.

2Mix with pineapple and lemons. Put into a boiler with an equal amount of sugar and the salt. Bring slowly to boiling point and simmer gently until thickened, but still a little runny.

3Stir in nuts; put in hot jars.
