- 6 figs fresh
- 1 1/2 mozzarella ball of, di buffala
- fresh basil leaves chopped
- 2 3/8 tablespoons pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Wash the figs and cut them into cubes.

2Cut the mozzarella into cubes.

3In a dessert glass, place a layer of mozzarella, add a little bit of chopped basil, fig cubes, then repeat the layers with mozzarella, then figs.

4Toast pine nuts in a pan, and add them to the glass.

5In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and salt and pepper, to make a vinaigrette.

6Divide into each glass.

7Chill until serving.
