Ingredients

  • 6 figs fresh
  • 1 1/2 mozzarella ball of, di buffala
  • fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 2 3/8 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Wash the figs and cut them into cubes.

    Cut the mozzarella into cubes.

    In a dessert glass, place a layer of mozzarella, add a little bit of chopped basil, fig cubes, then repeat the layers with mozzarella, then figs.

    Toast pine nuts in a pan, and add them to the glass.

    In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey and salt and pepper, to make a vinaigrette.

    Divide into each glass.
