  • 1 pound ripe Black Mission figs
  • 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 ounces water

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a blender.

    Liquefy and strain through a coarse sieve.
