- 1 whole Fresh Pineapple, Peeled, Cored And Sliced
- 8 slices Thick Cut Fresh Ham
- 8 slices Panini Bread
- 8 slices Good Quality Cheddar Cheese
- Butter And Honey Mustard, For Spreading On The Bread

1Quickly grill the pineapple and ham on the BBQ grill over medium heat, about 2 minutes per side.

2When done, set them on a platter and turn off your grill.

3Heat a panini maker according to manufacturers instructions.

4Butter the outside of the bread slices and spread honey mustard on the inside.

5Stack the sandwich first with two slices of ham, then 2 slices of cheese, followed by two slices of pineapple.

6Top with another slice of bread (honey mustard side in).

7Repeat with the other three sandwiches.

8Grill in the panini maker until the cheese is melted and the outside of the bread is toasted.
