- 2 pkg. crescent rolls (large)
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg, separated
Directions

1Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg yolk and blend well.

2Unroll one package crescent rolls and place in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.

3Pour cheese mixture on top and place the other package crescent rolls on top.

4Froth egg white, brush on top.

5Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.

8If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
