  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce

Directions

    Mix together and boil until thickened, stirring constantly. Pour over miniature chicken legs or wrap.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes and then turn over and bake another 20 minutes.
