- 3 sticks margarine, melted
- 1/2 box graham crackers, crushed
- 1 can coconut
- 1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 block paraffin (or you may use block chocolate for melting)
Directions

1Combine 2 1/2 sticks melted margarine (1/2 stick is reserved for chocolate coating), cracker crumbs, coconut, peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and pecans.

2Shape dough into cookies the size of your little finger.

3Chill overnight.

4Combine chips, margarine and paraffin in a double boiler.

5Dip cookies in this mixture until well coated.

6Place them on waxed paper until cool. Store them in airtight container.
