- 1 onion, chopped
- garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. Bisquick
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

2Pour into greased 9 x 9-inch pan.

3Sprinkle top with paprika.

4Bake in 350° oven for 35 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean.
