  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. corn syrup
  • 1/16 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. flavoring
  • color, if desired

    Remove from heat and beat until stiff and fluffy.
