Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. dry laundry starch
  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • food coloring

Directions

    Mix starch and cold water.

    Stir until very smooth.

    Add boiling water and stir thoroughly.
  4. 4
    Let mixture cool for 1/2 hour. Stir several times while it's cooling.

    Pour into cups and add food coloring.

    Can use sponge, cotton balls and Q-tips.

    Make designs on construction paper with glue and sprinkle with sand.
