- 10 eggs, beaten
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- 2 small onions, chopped and sauteed in margarine
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 lb. Swiss cheese
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1In large bowl, combine in order given.

2Grease 9 x 11 or 9 x 13-inch dish with 2 1/2 teaspoons margarine.

3Pour mixture into dish.

4Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Cool slightly.

5Cut into 1-inch squares.

6These can be frozen and reheated in microwave.
