- 2 lb. scrod
- 1 lb. bay scallops
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 4 to 5 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions

1Chop garlic; add parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, olive oil and bay scallops to a bowl and mix by hand.

2Place the scrod on a flat baking pan and cover the scrod with the bay scallops mixture.

3Add 1 teaspoon of butter on top of each piece and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 450° (preheat oven).

4Serves 4 to 6 people.
