Ingredients

  • 2 lb. scrod
  • 1 lb. bay scallops
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 4 to 5 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions

    Chop garlic; add parsley, oregano, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, olive oil and bay scallops to a bowl and mix by hand.

    Place the scrod on a flat baking pan and cover the scrod with the bay scallops mixture.

    Add 1 teaspoon of butter on top of each piece and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 450° (preheat oven).

    Serves 4 to 6 people.
