  • 4 lean whitefish fillets (flounder or orange roughy, about 1 1/4 lb.)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes

    Place onions in bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

    Rinse fish and pat dry.

    Sprinkle with seasoning.

    Roll up, starting at narrow end.

    Place fish rolls, seam side down, on onion.

    Bake 25 minutes at 400°, covered.
