- 1/2 cup of four
- 1 cup of bread crumbs
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp of butter
- 1 tbsp allspice seasoning
Directions

1In the heating pan add butter and bread crumbs then add all spice seasoning stir and mixed well set aside

3Seasoning the fish with salt and pepper then roll the fish in four then into the eeg.

4Coat the fish in bread crumbs press tightly then fry in frying pot till golden brown.
