  • French fried potatoes
  • 1 lb. fish fillets, cut in half
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. dried dill weed
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 c. water

    Heat oil ( 2 to 3 minutes) in deep hot fryer or kettle to 375°.

    Prepare French fried potatoes, allowing 1 potato for each person.
