  • 4 c. thinly sliced raw potatoes (about 6 medium sized)
  • 1 pkg. (1 lb.) cod or haddock fillets (use frozen)
  • 1 c. water
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 tall can evaporated milk (1 2/3 c.)
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
