Fish Baked In Herbs

- 2 lb. fish fillets
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. basil
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
- 1/2 c. chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped scallions
- lemon slices
Directions

1Place fillets in greased baking dish.

2In saucepan melt butter and add soy sauce, garlic and herbs.

3Pour over fish and bake at 375° for 10 minutes per inch of thickness at thickest part.

4When almost done, remove fish and sprinkle with mushrooms and scallions.

5Arrange lemon slices on top and make sure the topping is well basted with juices.

6Return to oven and bake 5 minutes more or until fish flakes easily and topping is heated through. Serves 4 to 6.
