- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 egg yolks
Directions

1Open can of beer in morning and let stand about 3 hours.

2Beat flour, salt, baking powder and egg yolks into beer.

3Let stand 1 hour or more.

4Just before using, beat egg whites very stiff and fold into batter.

5Dip fish and fry.
