- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 can beer
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients. Add 1/2 can of beer.

2Let stand for 20 minutes. Drop fish into batter, rolling to make sure they are covered. Drop into deep fryer.

3Allow to cook until golden brown. The results will be a crisp, flaky, tasty batter that accents the taste of the fish.
