- 2 c. cooked fish, flaked or in small pieces
- 1 c. onion dip (without sour cream is best)
- 4 Tbsp. melted butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. milk
- 2 bunches green onions, chopped fine
Directions

1To make white sauce, in a medium saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour and salt until smooth.

2Gradually add milk, pepper and green onion.

3Heat until sauce is bubbling and starting to thicken, stirring occasionally.

4Add onion dip and stir.

5Fold in cooked fish.

6Simmer until fish is warmed.

7More milk may be added to thin bisque.

8Serve over rice, wide noodles or biscuits.
