- 2 c. cooked fish, finely flaked
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. medium cooked potatoes, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1 Tbsp. milk
Directions

1Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.

2Add the potatoes, parsley, butter and egg. Shape into flat round cakes. Roll in fine bread crumbs, then the egg mixed with 1 tablespoon milk, then again in bread crumbs. Fry both sides in deep oil until brown. Serve hot with lemon slices.
