  • 1 lb. cape or sea scallops cut up
  • 1 to 1 1/4 lb. haddock filets cut into small pieces
  • 2 cans of cream of shrimp soup undiluted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Buttered bread crumbs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs.

    Place in baking dish and top with bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Serves 4-6.
