- 1 pkg. frozen or 1 lb. fresh haddock
- 3 eggs
- 3 slices American cheese
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- cracker crumbs
Directions

1Boil haddock; remove bones and skin.

2Place in buttered casserole dish in small pieces.

3Add a bit of water the fish was cooked in.

4Cover with 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced.

5Add a layer of American cheese (3 slices, cut in small pieces).

6Mix soup with milk and add 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.

7Pour this mixture over the top.

8Cover the top with cracker crumbs.

9Dot with butter.

10Bake in a moderate oven at 350° for approximately 1 hour.
