- fish fillets (enough to cover bottom of flat, 2-quart casserole dish)
- milk to cover fish
- flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1 bell pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. celery, minced
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, minced
- red pepper
- 1 Tbsp. green onion, minced
- 2 cans shrimp soup
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- juice of 1 lemon
- salt
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Soak fillets in milk for 2 to 3 hours.

2Dip in flour and brown in butter.

3Place in baking dish.

4Saute bell pepper, celery, parsley and green onions in butter until limp.

5Add soup, shrimp, mushrooms, lemon juice, milk and seasonings to taste.

6Pour over fillets and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
