  • 2 lb. chowder fish
  • 6 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to 3 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 bag frozen broccoli
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 c. milk

    Cut an elephant (medium size) into small bite-size pieces. This usually takes about 2 months.

    Add enough brown gravy to cover.

    Cook over gas fire in open pot about 4 weeks, maintaining 465°.

    This will serve about 3,800 people.

    If more people are expected, 2 rabbits may be added, but do this only if necessary. Most people do not like to find hare in their stew.
